Cancellation Policy
Hey, we understand sh!t happens! Policies are never personal, we want to wax you but need to go over a few DM Waxing rules first!
๐ We ask for all clients if you have to cancel to please cancel all appointments before the 24 hr mark.
๐Clients who cancel/no show the day of their appointment will be charged 100% of service(s) booked.
๐ Please be on time for your appointment. There is an 8 minute late window. If you are late you will be charged a $10 dollar late fee added onto your services and you my be asked to rebook.
๐If you choose to pay with card youโll be responsible for the card/service fee which is
2.6% of your total service(s) plus tax.
